1) We do not ship to Canada, please don’t ask.
2) We do not ship to minors, its against the law...even IF someone of age buys them!
3) Quality concerns pertaining to your purchase from any other vendor, including your “local” store, should be addressed to where you made the purchase. We only guarantee products that we sell to our customers. We have strict quality controls on our inventory and cannot replace damaged items that some other vendor sold you.
4) All sales are online via our secure shopping cart system. Age checks are required for new customers and is performed electronically based on the information you enter for the order. 5) We are NOT the manufacturer of Prime Time cigars.

6) MILITARY APO / FPO shipments are welcome!!
If you are not military, we do NOT ship cigars outside of the USA.
